Eligibility
JetourSAP offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unboxed, untouched, and returned in their original state — complete with all original packaging, included accessories, and documentation. Orders placed for custom or made-to-order products are final and not eligible for return or refund.
Change of Mind Returns
We understand that circumstances change. If you'd like to return an item for personal reasons, we're happy to assist. Please note that the buyer is responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs, along with a 15% restocking fee. If your original order qualified for free shipping, the actual outbound freight cost will be recovered as it was absorbed into the product price. Opened or used items are not accepted under this category.
Should any accessories or components be absent from the returned package, a deduction equivalent to their replacement value — as assessed by JetourSAP — will be applied to your refund.
Incorrect Item Received
If the item you received doesn't match what you ordered, please leave it unopened and contact us at sales@jetoursap.com with your order number and supporting photos. Once our team has verified the discrepancy, we will arrange collection of the incorrect item and dispatch the right one at no additional charge.
Defective or Faulty Product
Should your product arrive with a defect or malfunction, please notify us at sales@jetoursap.com as promptly as possible. Our technical team may request that you perform some initial diagnostic steps to help confirm the fault. If the item is confirmed defective and cannot be remedied, you may choose between a full replacement or a complete refund — provided the claim is raised within 30 days of receipt. Claims submitted after this period will be handled in accordance with our warranty policy.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email sales@jetoursap.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos or video documentation.
- Our team will review your request and respond with a resolution in line with this policy.
- If a return is approved, we will provide the return address along with packaging instructions.
- Ship the item back within 7 business days of receiving approval. Ensure the product is adequately protected — palletised, crated, strapped, or boxed as appropriate for the item type.
- Upon receipt and inspection, we will proceed with your replacement or refund.
Exchanges
Prefer a different product? The most efficient approach is to place a new order for the desired item and return the original through the process outlined above. Your agreed refund will be issued once the return has been received and processed.
Refund Timeline & Method
Refunds are typically completed within 1–2 weeks, subject to your bank or payment provider's processing times. All refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the refund has been processed.
