Processing & Lead Time

Orders placed with JetourSAP are typically dispatched within 48 hours on business days. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays. Delivery timeframes are estimated by the carrier and may vary based on route conditions and shipment volume. We will notify you promptly should any delays arise.


Shipping Methods & Coverage

We fulfil orders from multiple warehouse locations and work with a range of freight carriers based on your delivery destination.

Our standard shipping rate covers delivery to a freight terminal or commercial address with self-unload capability. If your delivery requires any of the following services, please advise us at the time of ordering, as each incurs an additional charge:

  • Lift Gate — a hydraulic tailgate is used by the driver to lower your shipment to ground level
  • Residential Delivery — direct delivery to a home or non-commercial address
  • Appointment / Call-Ahead — the carrier contacts you in advance to arrange a scheduled delivery window

Deliveries to remote or outlying areas may also be subject to additional surcharges.


International Shipments

For orders shipping across international borders, customs documentation and applicable import duties may apply. We strongly recommend contacting us at sales@jetoursap.com prior to placing your order so we can provide an accurate quote and realistic delivery timeline.


Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to amend your order, please contact us as early as possible — changes requested before dispatch may be accommodated, though additional fees could apply. Once your order has left our warehouse, modifications can no longer be made.

Cancellations are accepted at any time prior to shipment. If a cancellation is requested after dispatch, it may still be possible, but recall or redirection charges may apply. Please be aware that items can ship before tracking information appears in your account — if you are considering a cancellation, we encourage you to reach out without delay.


Shipping Damage

We strongly advise inspecting your shipment before signing the delivery receipt. If you notice obvious damage upon arrival, refuse the delivery and contact JetourSAP immediately. Should the damage appear minor or cosmetic, or if you are uncertain, you may accept the delivery — however, you must note all concerns on the Bill of Lading before signing and send us photos within 24 hours.

⚠️ Important: Signing the delivery receipt without documenting any damage or missing items will void any carrier claim — and we will be unable to assist with a claim under those circumstances.


Consolidated Shipping

When multiple items are ordered together, we will consolidate them into a single shipment wherever possible. This helps reduce freight costs and minimises handling for you.
